    Create your countdown on Countz.io and copy the iframe embed code.

    In Ghost admin, edit the post or page where you want to add the countdown.

    Click the "+" button to add a new content block and select "HTML".

    Paste your iframe code in the HTML block.

    Save and preview your post to see the countdown displayed.
